📦 Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners in UK/USA. This allows us to offer you premium products at a fraction of the cost.

🚚 Shipping to the United States

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all U.S/UK orders. Your order will be shipped using Standard Shipping or a similar tracked logistics provider.

7 to 12 business days (after processing)

Please note: Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, time of year, and customs processing.

🕒 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey every step of the way.

❗ Customs & Import Fees

In most cases, orders to the U.S/UK do not incur additional customs duties. However, BTC Pet is not responsible for any customs delays or import taxes that may apply.

🔄 Returns & Issues

If your package is delayed beyond 30 business days or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@btcpet.com and we’ll make it right.
